About Steve Morgan
Morgan Online Marketing is the trading name of Steve Morgan, an experienced online marketing & SEO consultant based in Cardiff, South Wales. I have worked full-time as a dedicated search engine marketer – specialising in SEO – for over 15 years (since early 2009). In that time I have worked both agency-side and client-side – the former with two well-known agencies in Cardiff; the latter with household name Confused.com as part of their digital marketing team.
I am a passionate online marketer who loves to help businesses with their online marketing problems. I love learning new things and keeping up-to-date with the ever-changing world of SEO. I strongly believe that SEO should be carried out in a white-hat and ethical capacity, focusing on and strengthening a company’s brand and website well into the future.
In addition to writing for my own blog – SEOno – I have written for a number of industry-recognised SEO websites, including Moz (formerly known as SEOmoz), which is heralded by many to be one of the best SEO resource websites in the world. I was also a regular contributor to State of Digital (formerly known as State of Search), writing articles alongside some of the biggest names in SEO worldwide.
I also love speaking! I have spoken at both local and national events, including brightonSEO. And in 2016, I launched Cardiff SEO Meet – a popular SEO meetup that ran for over five years.
I’ve also been a finalist multiple times in multiple recognised industry awards – including the UK Search Awards and the European Search Awards – for campaigns that I 100% spearheaded and came up with for clients myself.
My passion for all things SEO is reflected in the work that I deliver to my clients.
